All English booster sets since 2017

How many copies of a card have been printed? The Pokémon Company publishes one number a year: cards printed worldwide. This splits it into English sets by their share of PSA-graded cards, then into cards with published pull rates. Move the assumptions and every number updates.

Assumptions

your range outside checks (US sales above, Japan's below)
Nobody publishes this share. US retail sales make much below ~30% hard to square; Japan's sales make much above ~60% hard to square. The dial stops at 10% and 90%: even the most pessimistic reading of US sales alone puts English boosters near 28%, and Japan alone takes a fifth or more of TPC's cards.
Special sets (no booster box: Hidden Fates, 151, Prismatic Evolutions…) take 38–54% of their year's graded cards. At 1× they're taken at face value; at 2× they're assumed graded twice as often as main sets, which shrinks them and grows the rest of their year. A what-if, not a measurement.

Packs printed, by year

Method: copies of a card = TPC's cards printed that fiscal year (April–March) × English-booster share × the set's share of the year's PSA-graded booster cards ÷ cards per pack × the rarity's pull rate ÷ cards of that rarity. Every input carries a source; pull-rate sources are linked per rarity. Relative set sizes are rough, and card copies are best read as orders of magnitude.
